HJSC announced on July 15 that it signed a business agreement with Samsung C&T at HJSC's Namyeong headquarters in Seoul on July 14 to introduce ‘HAEMORO by Homeniq,’ a residential service platform powered by Samsung C&T's Homeniq application.

The signing ceremony was attended by Hwang Eui-ha, Managing Director and Head of HJSC’s Architecture Building Business Division, Kim Myung-seok, Executive Vice President and Head of the Housing Product Marketing Division at Samsung C&T, and other officials from both companies.

‘HAEMORO by Homeniq’ will be offered to residents of newly built HAEMORO apartment complexes that meet the applicable requirements. The platform will provide a wide range of smart residential services, including home IoT control, community facility reservations, resident support center services (such as notices and maintenance fee inquiries), vehicle management services including parking location guidance and visitor vehicle registration, energy management, and various lifestyle management services.

Based on its extensive construction experience and advanced technological expertise in the building and housing sectors, HJSC has developed premium residential complexes in key locations across the country. Through its HAEMORO residential brand, known for its distinctive design and construction quality, the multinational constructor has established a strong presence in the housing market. By introducing the new smart home platform, the global construction company aims to further strengthen its competitiveness in smart residential technologies for large-scale urban redevelopment projects as well as public and private housing developments.

HJSC also plans to continue technology cooperation with Samsung C&T through the Homeniq platform, focusing on smart residential solutions such as AI-powered parking services, the renewable energy monitoring service (REMS), and floor noise reduction technologies.

Hwang Eui-ha, Managing Director and Head of HJSC’s Architecture Building Business Division, remarked, "This agreement provides an opportunity to deliver a new level of smart residential services tailored to the unique characteristics of each development.” He added, “We will continue to pursue collaboration and innovation to create stable residential value while keeping pace with evolving housing trends and premium lifestyles."

Kim Myung-seok, Executive Vice President and Head of the Housing Product Marketing Division at Samsung C&T, said, “By providing 'HAEMORO by Homeniq' service to residents, we will contribute to creating premium residential environments for HJSC.” Homeniq is currently available not only in Samsung C&T's Raemian apartment complexes but also in residential developments by SK ecoplant, Hanwha, Doosan E&C, HS Hwasung, WOOMI Co., Ltd., and Hoban Construction, as the platform continues to expand its smart home ecosystem.
